Cleaning procedures:

To ensure prompt return of your deposit, please follow the cleaning procedure outlined below.

Kitchen Refrigerator

1. Clean interior and exterior
2. PLEASE DO NOT UNPLUG

Range

1. Clean surface and drip pans under burners
2. Clean oven and broiler pans

Floors

1. Sweep with broom and/or vacuum
2. Wash with warm water and mild cleaner

Bathroom Sink, cabinets, and commode

1. Remove everything from cabinets and clean
2. Clean bathtub, shower, and commode with mild cleaner

Living Room and Bedroom

1. Remove all trash
2. Sweep carpets with vacuum
3. Clean walls with a mild cleaner

To get your deposit back:

1. Please provide us with a self-addressed stamped envelope (the address where you want
your deposit sent). Also, please print your apartment number on the bottom left hand corner
of the envelope.

2. Place all door and mailbox keys in your envelope and return them to the address listed
above by NOON on your move out date. NO EXCEPTIONS.
